You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, distribute exploits, interfere with services, harass others, impersonate people or staff, automate abusive activity, distribute malware, or use the services for unlawful activity.
Purchases
Digital content, taxes, pricing, currency, and entitlements are shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protections. Third-party storefront purchases are also governed by those storefront terms.
User content
If uploads or community publishing are enabled, you retain rights you already own while granting the service permission needed to host, moderate, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service.
Moderation and termination
Access may be restricted for serious or repeated rule violations, cheating, fraud, security abuse, or legal necessity. Appeal options may be offered where appropriate.
Availability and changes
Online components may be patched, balanced, modified, or discontinued. Reasonable notice will be provided for material service changes when practical.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Other warranties and liability may be limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
